Dispatching / Hours of Operation Locksmiths of New York dispatch system is unique compared to other locksmith companies.You actually will get a locksmith that answers the phone!!!. You won't get any music or voice recordings here. No number prompts systems or an unprofessional operator with an attitude. What you will get is a voice that cares. If a locksmith does not answer the phone directly, he/she is only a few feet away willing to talk to you about any lock and key problem you may have. Locksmiths of New York offers Auto,Commercial,Residential lock and key work as well as Safe sales and service. If we don't have the answer for you right away,we will get you one ASAP. In some instances,especially in smaller city's our locksmith's forward the phones to their cell phones. At night they run EMERGENCY lock-outs and dispatch for other Locksmith technicians while driving. At times we ask our customers to text their information to us ( if able ) so we can forward on to the closest locksmith in their area. This allows us to continue driving in a safe manner while we continue working and dispatching. It's a very fast and efficient system for all involved. In Texas, we are also required to pass a very difficult exam concerning State Laws and Regulations. In Texas, Home of the Associated Locksmiths of America ( ALOA ) Locksmith Licensing is enforced by the Dept.of Public Safety.
